Job Summary
Job Title: Cycle Counter
Location: 2200 Douglas Ave Union OH
Salary: $20.00-22.00 per hour
Hours: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm; Mon-Fri) 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm; Mon - Fri) 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am; Sun-Thurs) - OT will occur based on production for all shifts

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our this role you will be responsible for conducting physical counts of inventory and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all items in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory items
- Collaborate with other members of the team to resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Participate in physical inventory counts as needed
- Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for
- Provide regular updates to management on inventory levels and discrepancies
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years experience operating a cherry picker/order picker
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor as needed
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
