We have a permanent Paramedic position available working a 42 hour DDNN roster working out of Thames Station!
We are looking for an experienced paramedic who is adaptable and can settle into our team with ease work alongside both paid and volunteer staff and provide a high level of care to our patients. The ideal applicant would have a positive demeanour willingness to contribute to station portfolios and champion clinical excellence.
Qualifications :
Ko wai koe - About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current St John Authority to Practice at Paramedic level
- Current Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
- Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
- Excellent driving record
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
- The ability to work under pressure
- Evidence of CCE
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with Hato Hone St Johns core values - Do the right thing (Mahi Tika) Side by Side (Tū Tahi) Straight Up (Mahi Pono) Make it better (Whakapai Ake) Open Minds (Whakaaro Nui)
