Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
- Support the management of commercial properties.
- Assist with leasing rent reviews and lease administration.
- Help coordinate maintenance and compliance (including Building Warrant of Fitness).
- Prepare client reports and budgets with guidance from senior team members.
- Build strong relationships with clients contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications :
- A property qualification or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
