BCBA Clinical Directors needed in Fort Worth TX (Southwest & North Locations)

What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire a clinical team while managing a reduced caseload
- Design and oversee personalized treatment plans
- Mentor RBTs BCBA interns and new BCBAs
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing case management
- Ensure quality outcomes and uphold ethical standards
What Were Looking For:
- Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
- 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
- 1 year with early intervention clients (ages 26 preferred)
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Masters in ABA Education Psychology or related field
- CPR/AED or BLS certification
