Job Summary
- Assist in preparing reviewing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary data for calculations and letters.
- Assist the Total Rewards team with projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Detail-oriented and organized you take pride in delivering accurate work while maintaining confidentiality. You are proactive eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions or share ideas. Your adaptability and strong sense of responsibility make you a reliable team player who values integrity and continuous improvement.
- Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for 3-6 months.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Currently pursuing a degree (Masters degree is a plus) in Human Resources Business Economics or related field.
