We currently host two flagship networks: the AI Structural Biology (AISB) Network focused on protein co-folding and binding affinity prediction and the ADMET Network focused on small-molecule property addition we have just launched ApherisFold an enterprise co-folding application that enables pharma teams to deploy cutting-edge models such as OpenFold 3 and Boltz-2 directly within their own environments.
About the role
Were hiring a Growth Manager / Associate to turn the momentum of our federated networks into scalable data-driven growth. Youll design systems run experiments and help shape how the worlds top pharma companies discover Apheris. Youll create a data-driven scalable growth engine combining paid search account-based outreach CRM automation and analytics to generate qualified leads and improve marketing performance.

Youll work closely with the Brand & Demand Generation Manager and the Business Development team to ensure that Apheris outreach campaigns and marketing systems run as a cohesive and measurable funnel from awareness to opportunity. This way youll bring our top of funnel to the next level.

This is a hands-on system-building role for someone who thrives at the intersection of B2B top-of-funnel growth automation and scientific audiences. To be considered for this role you must have a demonstrable track record of setting up data-driven growth engines preferably integrated with agentic workflows. Our focus is on a niche scientific audience at leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
What you will do
  • Design andoptimizegrowth systems
    • Build and manage end-to-end marketing operations across HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and related tools.
    • Develop dashboards automate reporting and track funnel metrics (MQL SQL CAC LTV attribution).
    • Implement automation workflows and lead scoring for lifecycle and nurture campaigns.
  • Run targeted account-based campaigns
    • Design and execute highly targeted account-basedand signal-based outreach campaigns for pharma and biotechorganizations.
    • Combine paid campaigns outbound sequences and keyword-based targeting to reach senior stakeholders effectively.
    • Continuously test andoptimizecampaign messaging and performance.
  • Lead marketing analytics and performance tracking
    • Define and report ongrowthKPIsidentifyingwhat works and whatdoesnt.
    • ContinuouslyA/Btest messaging channel mix and creative to improve conversion rates and signal quality across all outreach programs.
    • Maintain data integrity and consistent tracking across CRM and paid channels.
    • Enableleadershipsdata-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across marketing and BD
    • Partner with the Brand & Demand Generation Manager and our Product team to align messaging ICPs and marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Business Development Analyst on CRM execution and manual outreach support.
You will operate as an execution partner and force-multiplier ensuring the right things happen quickly and to a high standard.
What we expect from you
  • Bachelors or mastersdegree in business marketing data science ora relateddiscipline.
  • 24 years of relevant experiencein growth marketingdemand generation or marketing operationswithin B2B SaaS AI or life sciences.What matters more than your years of experience is aproventrack recordof setting up scalable systems and workflowsandoperatingin a data-driven way.
  • Experience designing and running account-based or signal-based campaigns targeting pharma biotech or other scientific audiences.
  • High ownership and execution drive you build systems not just run campaigns.
  • ProficiencyinHubSpotGoogle AdsLinkedIn Campaign Manager and automation tools (e.g.ZapierPhantombusterApollo).
  • Hands-on experience withAI-enabled growth workflows(e.g. enrichment agents automated lead scoring).
  • Experience runningaccount-based marketing or sales automation campaignsfor enterprise B2B.
  • Strong analytical mindset you work comfortably with dashboards metrics and experiment data.
  • Familiarity withpharma or biotech customer segments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.English: C2 level; German optional.
Nice to have
  • Basic SEO/GEO content marketing or visual design experience (infographics videos ads).
  • Understanding oflead scoring models and attribution frameworks.
  • Priorcollaboration with scientists or technical experts to create credible content.
