We currently host two flagship networks: the AI Structural Biology (AISB) Network focused on protein co-folding and binding affinity prediction and the ADMET Network focused on small-molecule property addition we have just launched ApherisFold an enterprise co-folding application that enables pharma teams to deploy cutting-edge models such as OpenFold 3 and Boltz-2 directly within their own environments.
About the role
Were hiring an Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager to turn the momentum of our federated networks into scalable data-driven growth. This is a data-driven marketing role. Youll design systems run experiments and help shape how the worlds top pharma companies discover Apheris. Youll create a data-driven scalable growth engine combining paid search account-based outreach CRM automation and analytics to generate qualified leads and improve marketing performance.

Youll work closely with the Brand and the Business Development teams to ensure that Apheris outreach campaigns and marketing systems run as a cohesive and measurable funnel from awareness to opportunity. This way youll bring our top of funnel to the next level.

This is a hands-on system-building role for someone who thrives at the intersection of B2B top-of-funnel growth automation and scientific audiences. To be considered for this role you must have a demonstrable track record of setting up data-driven growth engines. Our focus is on a niche scientific audience at leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
What you will do
  • Design andoptimizegrowth& marketingengines
    • Build and manage marketing operations across HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Adswebsite analyticsand related tools.
    • Implement automation workflows and lead scoring for lifecycle and nurture campaigns.
    • Establish iterative learning cyclesto inform budget allocation channel mix and content priorities.
    • Develop dashboards andreportingtotrack core marketing performance metrics (website traffic paid spend leads campaign performance)on a regularcadence.
  • Run targeted account-based campaigns
    • Design and execute highly targeted account-based outreach campaigns for pharma and biotechorganizations.
    • Combine paid campaigns outbound sequences and keyword-based targeting to reach senior stakeholders effectivelyandgenerate first meetings with qualified accounts.
    • Continuously test andoptimizecampaign messaging and performance.
  • Ownmarketing analytics and performance tracking
    • Define and report ongrowthKPIsidentifyingwhat works and whatdoesnt.
    • Expand and evaluate paid and organic acquisition activities including paid search LinkedIn ads SEO and LLM-driven discovery.
    • Run structured A/B tests across channels to improve conversion ratesand marketing ROI.
    • Enableleadershipsdata-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across marketingand sales
    • Partner with the Brand & Demand Generation Manager and our Product team to align messaging ICPs and marketing initiatives.
    • Support the Business Development team with campaign-driven leads insights and performance data.
    • Optional:Own theApheriswebsite including technical setup analytics and tracking landing pages experimentation and conversionoptimization.
What we expect from you
  • Bachelors or mastersdegree in marketingbusinessdata science ora relateddiscipline.
  • 34 years of relevant experiencein growth marketingdemand generation or marketing operationswithinenterprise sales and/orlife sciencesspecifically.Proven ability to build andoperatedata-driven marketing systems matters more than seniority.
  • Experience designing and running account-based campaigns targeting pharma biotech or other scientific audiences.
  • Priorexperiencesetting upAI-enabled growth workflows(e.g. enrichment agents automated lead scoring)for enterprise B2B.
  • ProficiencyinHubSpotGoogle AdsLinkedIn Campaign Manager and automation tools (e.g.ZapierPhantombusterApollo).
  • Exceptionalownership mindset: youbuild systems test hypotheses and iterate based on data.
  • Strong analytical mindset:you work comfortably with dashboards metrics and experiment data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.English: C2 level; German optional.
Nice to have
  • SEO/LLM search optimization content marketing or visual design experience (infographics videos ads).
  • Understanding oflead scoring models and attribution frameworks.
  • Priorcollaboration with scientists or technical experts to create credible content.
