Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Demand & Change Management Consultant to lead and execute critical transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be pivotal in defining implementing and governing robust processes across the organization ensuring successful project deployment and adoption particularly within complex large-scale environments.
As a Senior Demand & Change Management Consultant you will:
- Define and implement a comprehensive Demand & Change Management process tailored to the organizations needs covering the entire lifecycle from initial request to successful deployment.
- Establish and roll out the associated governance model to ensure clear decision rights accountability and effective oversight of all change initiatives.
- Lead the process design and standardization efforts including the development of necessary artifacts such as templates toolkits and standardized workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Support and facilitate decision-making at the board and executive level by providing clear data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations regarding change prioritization and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide high-level methodological and governance expertise to project teams and senior management acting as a trusted advisor on best practices for transformation delivery.
- Design and define the deployment strategy for the rollout of complex transformation projects (example: Teams implementation)
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Masters Degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management methodologies (e.g. ITIL PRINCE2 Agile).
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale organizational change and business transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing governance frameworks and models for project and program management.
- Demonstrated ability in senior-level stakeholder management communication and influencing skills to secure buy-in and drive consensus.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills in English.
