Job Summary
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team. Deliver warm attentive service across our restaurants bars and events ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Hunter Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly professional service to guests in restaurants bars and during events
- Take orders serve food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Set up and clear dining areas maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist with event setups and service as required
- Work across breakfast lunch and dinner shifts as per roster
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A team player with a positive professional attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
