- Train mentor and evaluate warehouse associates and drivers fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Create document and coach associates and maintain employee review structures
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for your shift and ensure KPIs are met/exceeded based on established reports
- Enforce company policies procedures and safety regulations.
- Manage inbound outbound and internal shipments while ensuring customers are served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean safe and secure warehouse environment.
- Conducts and/or participates in Department meetings and Safety meetings.
- Ability to assist with roles on floor depending on staffing needs
- Communicate cross-functionally to proactively ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Own shift handoff to ensure smooth transfer of responsibility between each shift
- Perform regular system based checks to ensure best SAP warehouse maintenance
- Maintain correct inventory levels/counts and create corrections when necessary
- Ensure quality of goods meets set standards at both inbound received and final goods outbound loading
- Manage fleet of lifting equipment to ensure regular maintenance and needed repairs are conducted in timely manner
Qualifications :
- Warehouse lead/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership communication and change management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze reports to generate change
- Experience in SAP preferred
