Job Summary
- Install Fabricated Natural Stone Solid surface Quartz Dekton and Laminate
- Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips scratches or defects in material as needed
- Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
- Drill holes for fixtures as needed
- Use hand tools; Grinders saws routers and sanders.
- Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb square & level)
- Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed
- Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field
- Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance
- Work to proper safety standards
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle heavy materials lifting carrying pulling and pushing 100 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Installation and fabrication experience preferred
- Experience using tools measuring and cutting accurately preferred
- Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
- A courteous helpful attitude towards customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed and capable of staying on task with minimal supervision
- Self-motivate and Intuitive-wise
- Good Communication skills
- Valid drivers-license
