Job Summary
- Daily process audit according 14Q basis.
- Daily sampling inspection.
- Review result first pieces and last pieces.
- Sample preparing for final inspection report.
- Final inspection report and submit report to customer.
- Lot release management.
- Product SC monitoring and evaluate by QS-STATPPAP preparation.
- Pre-investigation for problem.
- Product audit.
- Confirm product after reworked.
- Fulfill other assigned jobs by Quality Engineer or Group manager.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
Diploma up or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Basic in English.
- Experience with Quality Technician role in quality areas and shop floor areas.
- At least 3 years work experience in quality control or quality assurance (manufactory environment).
- Software skill such as Excel Power Point Word etc.
- Advantage: Experience with electrical part or Metal manufacturing part.
- Positive attitude and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge on metal part.
- Problem solving skill.
