Job Summary
- Develop and implement Tibco-based solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure;
- Design code test and debug complex software applications using Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools;
- Integrate various systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication across our telecom platforms;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Optimize existing Tibco applications for improved performance and scalability;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Tibco technologies and telecom industry trends;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field;
- 3 years of experience in Tibco development preferably in the telecommunications industry;
- Strong proficiency in Tibco software suite including BusinessWorks EMS and BW6;
- Solid programming skills in Java C and XML;
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols and systems;
- Experience with API development and integration;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP;
- Strong understanding of database management systems;
- Tibco certifications are preferred.
