The opportunity

EY GDS Poland is offering an exciting opportunity within our Supply Chain Consulting Practice. We are seeking a seasoned PLM Consultant with a proven track record in the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience with a particular focus on SAP PLM. This role is pivotal in providing both functional expertise and an understanding of the technical nuances of SAP PLM to enhance product lifecycle management. The consultant will work closely with various teams to devise implement and refine PLM strategies and systems.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead PLM project design and implementation remotely.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Optimize PLM processes to industry standards.
• Support technical deployments and system integrations.
• Conduct thorough testing and assist in data migration efforts.
• Serve as the primary PLM consultant and provide training support.
• Change Management: Design and implement PLM-related change management processes and user adoption plans

To qualify for the role you must have

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PLM trends in Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals.
• Tools: Proficiency in SAP PLM.
• Transition Expertise: Ability to guide effective process transitions.

Skills and attributes for success

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for clear concise communication.
• Analytical: Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Collaboration: Proven success in international team environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP PLM and related software.
• Workshop Facilitation: Ability to conduct remote and on-site process design and requirement gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Process Mapping: Strong skills in business process mapping
• Education: Degree in IT Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Experience: 3 years in SAP PLM consulting with at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects in Consumer Goods or Pharmaceuticals.
• Certifications: SAP PLM certifications are advantageous.
