Your responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the legal entity ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making collaborating with senior leadership.
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes for the entity aligning with corporate targets and supporting audits to ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs leveraging automation.
- Professional leadership of the finance teams ensuring continuous development of the employees.
Qualifications :
Your experiences
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related field. Masters or professional certifications (CFA ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/controlling within multinational or matrix organizations ideally on engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting taxation and financial reporting and proficiency in financial software (ERP Excel or other finance consolidation tools). Knowledge of MS Dynamics or IFS is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills problem-solving proactivity and ability to work independently and within a global team.
