Our department is responsible for the purchasing of external logistics services like transports (air freight sea freight overland transports) packaging materials and warehouses for the Bosch Group worldwide. Our headquarter in Stuttgart-Feuerbach is steering the global organization and defining the purchasing strategies. We offer an international and innovative working environment a strategic overview and a high number of interfaces to internal and external business partners.
- From the first day you will support the further development of purchasing and supplier strategies especially in the area of purchasing at Warehouse Service. We involve you in international tenders.
- You will take part in strategic projects such as global framework agreements purchasing processes and requesting EU Competition Commission on planned mergers in the transport industry.
- Furthermore you will work independently on projects relating to purchasing processes purchasing control and the development of standards.
- In addition you will be responsible for supporting our national and international buyers in Europe North America Latin America Asia and India.
- Your task includes project management which involves preparing management reviews supplier meetings and other related activities.
- Finally you will support our digitalization strategy the development of automated purchasing processes and purchasing management.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in (Technical) Business Administration Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Informatics Business Development or comparable with a focus on Purchasing Logistics Supply Chain Management
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or comparable IT solutions is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you independently and conscientiously structure tasks communicate effectively and remain flexible and resilient
- Languages: very good in English basic German beneficial

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
