It uncovers hidden inefficiencies in building data delivers real-time insights and helps organizations hit cost and emission short: we help companies save money while making the planet less wasteful.
Now were looking for someone who can bring in-depth expertise in all parts of the customer journey. A place within the team that is now still being fulfilled by the founders. Youll be the bridge between our commercial team and our product combining technical understanding with energy management expertise to make sure our customers get real impact from our platform.
What youll do
Be the go-to person for all things energy efficiency from building performance to data interpretation.
Support the commercial and customer success teams with in-depth technical expertise during and after onboarding.
Work closely with our customers to help them translate insights into action optimizing their energy strategies and results.
Analyze building data identify inefficiencies and turn findings into clear actionable reports.
Support sales and customer success in the pre-sales and onboarding phases tailoring Enersees platform to customer contexts and ensuring smooth adoption. Support the commercial and customer success teams with in-depth technical expertise during and after onboarding.
Build and adapt data solutions (dashboards reports integrations) using BI tools. Mostly standardized occasionally customized when high-impact or strategic.
Push back on over-customization when needed and keep focus on scalable solutions.
Work closely with the product team to flag improvement opportunities and ensure the platform evolves in line with customer needs.
Partner with our Customer Success Manager (Juliane) to guarantee customer satisfaction and measurable results.
Job requirements
Who you are
Youre an energy and data enthusiast with a practical mindset and the curiosity to dig deep into how buildings use (and waste) energy. You combine technical understanding with communication skills. You are able to translate insights into action for both engineers and business leaders.
Youll thrive in this role if you
Have a background or strong interest in energy management building performance data analytics or facility operations.
Are confident working with data from dashboards and reports to raw building insights and can translate numbers into meaningful stories.
Enjoy collaborating across teams connecting the dots between product sales and customer success.
Naturally think like a consultant: curious analytical and focused on delivering tangible results.
Know when to challenge requests that dont scale but also when to support a smart high-impact customization.
You are a fast learner with a growth mindset; you dont need to know everything about energy yet but youre excited to master it.
Value clarity structure and efficiency; you like it when things make sense and when data actually leads to better decisions.
What we offer
Compensation
gross base per month (excl. holiday allowance; depends on experience).
Performance bonus up to 25K/year.
Later in time stock options you grow we grow.
