Job Summary

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (conference agents PCOs corporates and group travel planners).
  • Drive proactive sales activity across key market segments with a focus on new business acquisition and existing account development.
  • Generate qualified leads and drive conversion for accommodation and event revenue across both hotels.
  • Coordinate site inspections client meetings and familiarisation programs.
  • Collaborate with the national Accor sales team and other Darling Harbour account managers to maximise group performance.
  • Lead presentations and rate negotiations with clients supported by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting using Opera Cloud and .

Qualifications :

  • A proactive sales professional with proven/ current experience in hotel sales with focus on business development or account management.
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially savvy self-motivated and outcome-driven with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems such as Opera Cloud and Delphi is highly regarded.
  • Full working rights in Australia
