What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of treasury professionals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of transactional banking liquidity FX and interest rate risk compliance and cash accounting.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve liquidity working capital and risk management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders banks service providers and regulatory bodies.
- Drive efficiency across accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory cycles.
- Provide expert advisory support for M&A supplier financing and structured working capital solutions.
- Ensure robust compliance with SOX AML IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
What Youll Bring:
- Demonstrated success in a Director/Senior Management level role within the Treasury function of a global organisation or reputable accounting/consulting firm
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a multinational matrix environment
- Degree in Commerce Accounting or Economics with CA/CPA qualification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Australian treasury economics tax AML legislation and IFRS accounting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage develop and inspire teams.
- Strong business acumen analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with SAP PeopleSoft and transactional banking platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
