To support our client eBay we are looking for a freelance Project Manager Communications (m/f/d). The role is hybrid requiring three daysper week in the Berlin office.

Your mission

Plan and manage EU-wide communication projects and campaigns on new regulatory topics ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery.
Write adapt and localize content in German and English aligning with brand tone and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Marketing Communications) to develop clear consistent messaging for European markets.
Translate complex information into engaging user-focused communication that helps sellers navigate upcoming regulations.
Use AI tools and efficient workflows to enhance content creation localization and approval processes.
Support campaign execution through hands-on coordination stakeholder management and updates to communication materials.

Your profile

35 years of experience in content creation (German and English) project management or communications.
Degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related discipline.
Experience translating complex regulatory or technical topics for general audiences.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector and international environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
Proactive organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
