Sodexo Live! is hiring Pizza Cooks for one of the East Coasts premier ski destinations - Smugglers Notch Resort in Jeffersonville VT!

Pizza Cooks are key to creating memorable guest experiences - youll interact with guests and help build the warm upbeat mountain resort atmosphere Cranmore is famous for.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and specifications.
- Manage dough preparation including mixing kneading and shaping.
- Top pizzas with fresh ingredients sauces and cheeses.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
