Job Summary
OneTouch Direct is looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are safe efficient and well-maintained. This role involves routine inspections troubleshooting issues and performing repairs that contribute to the overall functionality of our workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.
- Respond quickly to all maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist with setup and teardown for company events or meetings.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in maintenance or technical fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or a similar role.
- Familiarity with common maintenance chemicals and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
