Your Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern to support our PR team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with other functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
Support in the production of PR materials (press releases press notes speeches interviews quotes and DEMs) in collaboration with the PR agency;
Daily monitoring of online and offline publications related to the brands;
Support in quantitative & qualitative analysis and reports (press monitoring);
Collaboration with the agency in managing the LinkedIn PED by providing relevant materials suggesting communication topics managing publication timelines revisions and approvals;
Support to the agency in managing relationships with media outlets by providing product information and sending tester to journalists when requested;
Active participation in the organization of PR events from concept development to briefing for the pitch agency selection planning of the activity and operational support on the day of the event;
Support in joining headquarters PR calls.
Your Profile
Job Profile Criteria:
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Public Relations Marketing Communications Journalism or related field;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital communication;
Creativity proactivity result orientation problem-solving attitude flexibility empathy;
Knowledge of key IT tools and MS Office;
Italian mother tongue fluent in English both written and spoken
