Job Description

Southwestern Healthcare is currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The candidate in this role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee licensures certifications and credentials.
  • Code and reconcile HR-related bills ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to process invoices.
  • Manage incoming HR requests including inquiries from employees managers and external parties.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee recognition programs and events.
  • Track employee occurrences and report excessive occurrences to department managers.
  • Other tasks deemed necessary.

Job Qualifications

WHATS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and confidence when communicating with all levels of management.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with the capacity to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information.
