Position Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Power BI Tech Lead with proven expertise in designing developing and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 810 years of experience in BI and data analytics with a strong track record of delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
This leadership role combines hands-on technical development team management and stakeholder collaboration ensuring that BI initiatives effectively support critical business decisions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and ETL processes for seamless data integration.
Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy security performance and scalability across all BI deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to reporting architecture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

9 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics and Reporting.
Strong understanding of data models attributes and regulatory requirements.
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX Power Query data modeling RLS performance tuning).
Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries stored procedures performance optimization).
Proven expertise in SSRS and Report Builder.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in leading or mentoring BI teams.
Exposure to DevOps CI/CD automation and data governance.
Experience managing global multi-stakeholder BI programs.
Ability to implement automation monitoring and explore ML/AI integration for reporting enhancements.
Technical Skills
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum (profiles beyond this will not be considered).
Python Automation Scripting: Mandatory skill. Candidates without Python scripting experience will not be considered.
