DescriptionThe Sales & CS Executive is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development and ensuring service excellence to both new and existing clients. This position provides and structures solutions and helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards.
This position reports to the Sales Manager Australia and will be part of the Business Assurance global sales network in DNV.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the account base for the Business Assurance unit.
- Fostering strong client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities for certification and training services.
- Drive personal sales performance by developing business relationships and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain and strengthen customer loyalty managing recertification and retention of existing clients by addressing queries and renegotiating terms to ensure continued partnership with DNV.
- Proactively identify and approach target companies generating business opportunities aligned with DNVs service portfolio.
- Build and nurture a local network of partners (consultants channels).
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts to achieve individual sales goals.
- Represent DNV at local events tradeshows conferences and exhibitions.
- Manage the training platform (LMS) including monitoring sales scheduling courses and issuing certificates.

QualificationsPosition Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years industry experience preferred.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the certification market in Australia.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and influence decision-makers by understanding their needs and delivering innovative value-added solutions.
