Job Summary
Position Summary:
Audit of driver logs and trip reports log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support.
Schedule:
Saturday Monday 10am-8pm (until work is complete)
Tuesday & Wednesday 8pm-6am (until work is complete)
Pay:
$21.47/hr

Major Responsibilities:
Maintenance and distribution of route books daily interface with drivers assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight
Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
Ability to respond to emails calls etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Supporting: 52 Drivers with 5 other associates
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Intermediate/ computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint preferred
Regular predictable full attendance is an essential function of the job
Work the required schedule work at the specific location required complete Penske employment application submit to a background investigation (to include past employment education and criminal history) and drug screening.
Supporting: 52 Drivers with 5 other associates
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others.

The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch handle and feel and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
