Operations Head P3

Objective

Ensure the correct execution and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes guaranteeing compliance with safety quality cost environmental and customer service standards. Promote a culture of safety operational discipline and teamwork aligned with Nemaks core values.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations aligned with HSE standards to achieve zero accidents.
• Drive quality improvements and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Manage production schedules manpower and resources to meet demand.
• Control and analyze manufacturing costs to support budget and savings goals.
• Lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement performance and development.
• Promote sustainable operations by optimizing energy and resource consumption.
• Strengthen collaboration between departments and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Develop workforce skills through targeted training and continuous learning.

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years in manufacturing or production operations leading teams or shifts. Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Production management quality systems Lean/Continuous Improvement HSE standards and process optimization.
• Soft Skills: Leadership problem-solving teamwork communication and results orientation.
• Languages: English - Intermediate level.
