About the Role
The position is expected to be located at Plant. Facilities management - Plans execute and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection installation and commissioning construction modification and maintenance of equipment machinery in industrial plant.
What You Will Do
Operations and Maintenance of utilities systems - HT & LT Systems UPS systems HVAC Air compressors DG Sets ups Nitrogen to support to Production function.
Maintenance of Matl handling equipments
FPS Systems Access controls and CCTV management
Coordination with Sub-contractors for Execution
Execution of New Projects/ Layout Change New Equipment Installation MSEB Licensing Statutory compliances
Enhance safety Environment and implementation of safety process / systems
Maintain the KPI - MTTR MTBF 3C 5S
Spares Management
Energy management
Implementing Certification (OSHAS TS 16949 ISO 50001) EMS OEMs Specific certifications
EMS & Haz management systems
Statutory compliance
What You Need to Be Successful
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering 5 to 7 years of experience in Plant engineering function / Utilities systems operation and maintenance
Certification / License: C license / Supervisor License Issued by Electricity board.
What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to travel up to domestic/International travel.
Be willing to work in office based on up dependencies.
