Job Summary
Surveyor
Role Title:Surveyor
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: 42948 to 53685 per annum plus a Car Allowance of 2329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract:Permanent
Location:Working at our Pollards Hill office/ field based covering your patch in South London / Agile working
On your own patch you will deliver surveying maintenance and planned works across Moats propertyportfolio. This includes all aspects of property maintenance major worksresponsive repairs planned works refurbishment fire management servicingvoids cyclical redecorations estate improvements environmental energynewbuild and regeneration.
We support agile working so youll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home out and about and at our offices.
