The Opportunity
As the Learning and Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in designing developing facilitating and delivering high-impact talent and organisational development initiatives across Monash.
You will work closely with leaders HR colleagues expert consultants and learning providers to bring to life programs that build capability strengthen engagement and enhance our high performance culture. From designing and facilitating development programs across all levels of staff career growth initiatives and leadership coaching your work will directly contribute to ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
What you will bring to the role:
This role will sit in the Monash HR Talent Engagement and Development team responsible for delivering talent development engagement and organisational change services across the University.
