Together with EXOS Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a part time dentist (1day/week)to join our team atLaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facilitylocated inLaPorte Indiana.

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams simple extractions restorations prosthetic services prophylaxis fluoride treatments and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD
Active unrestricted IN license
Active unrestricted DEA
Must pass background screening and credentialing

EXOS covers malpractice insurance for their part-time team members.
