Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities
- Comfortable speaking over the phone
- Responsible for starting a relationship and opening a dialogue in a positive way
- Has a friendly voice and is willing to help guests with questions route calls to the correct departments and follow-up to ensure issues or concerns have been resolved
- Responsible for schedule service appointments
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a team who focuses on guest service and satisfaction.
- Work on a groundbreaking initiatives with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with a Scheduling system CRM etc. or the ability to quickly learn new software
- Time management prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload
- Team player attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Applicants may be drug tested
