Job Summary
Senior PPBE Specialist/Advisor
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of financial management analysis experience including expertise in the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) phases of the Department of Defense budget.
- Experience developing Budget Justification documentation and managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) as well as Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) appropriations.
- Solid understanding of the Congressional budget process.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities demonstrated by strong organizational planning and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders foster collaboration lead teams advocate positions and negotiate compromises within multifunctional settings.
Preferred Skills:
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Over 10 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Enterprise including organizations and missions under OUSD(I&S) the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Joint Chiefs of Staff Combatant Commands Military Services Defense Agencies and the Department of Defense Intelligence Community (DoD IC).
- Familiarity with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Portal or similar systems.
Clearance: Active TS security clearance with immediate SCI eligibility upon award
