Key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
Source and attract top talent through direct approaches referrals recruitment platforms and social media tools.
Own the candidate experience ensuring every interaction with Frontiers is positive and engaging.
Leveragemarket insights andassistin creating hiring strategies for essential roles and locations.
Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition rolein salespublishingand/or technology industries.
Expertisein crafting and executing diverse talent attraction strategies.
Demonstrated experience in deliveringvolume recruitmentsuch asRPOenvironment.
Familiarity with ATS systems recruitment platforms and social media tools.
Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
Results-driven mindset focused on enhancing recruitment processes.
Exceptional organizational skills resilience under pressure.
