Clients
Provide high quality analytical information and deliverables to clients
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients at all levels
Financial
Meet chargeable hours targets
Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying and preparing proposal information
People
Develop professional knowledge and skills in the area of Work & Rewards
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Excellence
Meet or exceed Willis Towers Watson performance standards for client relationship management and work quality
Strong accountability for project assignments and demonstrate high standards
QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role)
Proficiency in data analysis and formal presentation
Solid market acumen and digital mindset
Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives (digital transformation project experience is preferred)
Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
Expertise in either Rewards Talent Management or Communication and Change Management
Passion to acquire share and disseminate new information and knowledge
Self-motivated achiever with a value for teamwork collaboration and integrity
Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English
