ABOUT THE ROLE:

Were seeking a Supply and Customisation Lead to own and lead the end-to-end local Manufacturing and Customisation function to deliver service availability and cost targets. Ensuring accurate inventory control and full compliance with SOX policies and procedures you will drive on-time execution of local product initiatives and launches and maintain master data integrity and adherence to all SAP processes. Confidently manage production and supply availability communications with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Manage the end-to-end process and prioritisation for local customisation and locally manufactured products with Third Party Manufactures to deliver service and cost outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end SAP purchase order process for customisation and local manufacturing including delivery creation goods receipt to vendor inbound delivery creation and goods receipt to DC within Logistics prescribed processes.
  • Manage Coty inventory at the TPM ensuring full daily stock reconciliation reporting between Coty vendor location inventory and TPM physical inventory accounting for all in transit stocks between Coty DC and TPM. Investigate variances to identify root cause prepare and submit adjustment proposals to Logistics team. Ensure compliance with Coty inventory policy requirements and SOX compliance standards.
  • Manage the on-time production of new product initiatives by project managing the end-to-end production timeline and cross functional inputs in accordance with required lead times working closely with Planning Sales Brand and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Manage Third Party Manufacture supplier relationships through regular supplier service performance reviews.
  • Manage SAP Master Data and GS1 registration for locally manufactured products.
  • Monitor vendor component inventory levels against forecasts and discontinuations preparing write off approvals where required.
  • Manage all customisation and local manufacturing vendor invoices ensuring full compliance with SOX financial controls and SAP processes.
  • Support the end-to-end process for export customer and intercompany shipments through preparation of transport requests and documentation and through communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally 3 years experience in supply planning or local Customisation of products within Global FMCG
  • Preferably with a background or experience with logistics/inventory management
  • Degree qualification in supply chain and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications required
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
