Your opportunity

• Be responsible for packaging applications to company standards and timeframes inc. facilitating UAT.
• Deliver software into the Production environment in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates
• Provide third line application deployment support inc. Service Desk coaching
• Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent standardized global environment
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment
• Occasionally required to work out of hours including bank holidays and weekends
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills

• Expert in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager: Application configuration and Deployment management

• Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail
• Experience working in a locked down global enterprise environment
• Good teamwork and knowledge transfer skills
• Solution-focused and committed to high quality delivery
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn on the fly
• A good communicator who can discuss technical subjects in layman terms
• Must have experience of high-pressure large-scale environments

Nice to have skills

• Flexera AdminStudio Suite Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer
• Microsoft Application Virtualization Advanced troubleshooting
• Scripting languages: PowerShell and VBScript

• Experience managing Microsoft AppLocker rules

• Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $60000 - $68000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through December 15 2025.
