Job Description
MRI Radiographer
Location: Springfield Hospital Chelmsford
Hours: 37.5 per week
Springfield Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Radiographer with substantial experience in MRI and the flexibility to work across CT and X-ray modalities. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence adaptability and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. You will join a dynamic imaging team delivering high-quality diagnostic services while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans in line with clinical protocols.
- Support CT and X-ray imaging services with training provided if required.
- Ensure patient dignity safety and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold best practices in imaging.
Key Attributes
- Proven experience in MRI scanning.
- Competency or willingness to train in CT and X-ray.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About Springfield Hospital
