Hourly Full Time:
7p to 7a; 36 hours per week weekends as needed
Rate starting at $40/hr - does not include shift differential

The Job You Will Perform:

• Uphold CCMHs Core Values of: Respect Compassion Justice Stewardship and Excellence
• Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians nurse aides and interdisciplinary staff
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Supervise and support nursing staff during shifts with knowledge of hospital policies and procedures hospital operations performance improvement and professional development
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide mentorship to nursing team
• Manage staffing/scheduling needs
• Respond to emergency situations and assist in crisis managementas needed

The Qualifications Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (required)
• Current licensure in the state of Kentucky (required)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (required)
• 2 years management experience (preferred)
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
