As a Full-Stack Engineer youll build the platform that measurably reduces clinician burnout. Youll create tools that cut documentation time by 60-80% streamline compliance and let practitioners focus on patient care.

What Youll Do

• Own the stack. Build and scale features across our entire platform - from frontend browser extension UI to cloud-native services and infrastructure

• Architect with intention. Design systems that are fast secure and built for growth

• Solve meaningful problems. Partner with product and clinical teams to turn real pain points into elegant AI-driven solutions

• Work in modern environments. Develop independently in ephemeral environments that eliminate merge conflicts and enable rapid iteration

• Mentor and lead. Share knowledge raise the bar and help shape our engineering culture

• Drive innovation. Explore test and ship new ideas with velocity

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of full-stack development experience with a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment

• Strong proficiency in our core tech stack:

  • TypeScript

  • React

  • MongoDB

• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines GitHub and GitHub Actions

• Deep understanding of front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript React)

• Expertise in developing and maintaining browser extensions

• Strong background in enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and NoSQL databases

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive architectural planning skills

• Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and data analysis tools

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration

• Experience with agile methodologies and fast-paced startup environments

• Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities

• Background in healthcare technology or clinical documentation systems

• History of building independent projects from start to finish
