Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist - Full Time Sign-on Bonus Relocation Allowance - Phoenix AZ

This established practice in Phoenix Arizona is looking to add a full time Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist!

Compensation and Benefits:

Year 1 - Guaranteed minimum of $350000 (based on experience)
Year 2 - Receive a 35% of Collections
Unlimited potential - no compensation cap!
Up to a $25000 Sign-on Bonus
Up to $20000 for Relocation
4 weeks of PTO 6 Holidays 1 Floating Holiday
