What you will do:
Reporting to the Practice Administrator at a comprehensive Pediatrics site the Clinical Manager at Rockville is responsible for assisting the Practice Administrator in the daily clinical operations of the health center with an emphasis on managing clinical staff including budget management scheduling safety environment of care maintain adequate clinical supply level and the hiring supervision staffing evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. This position assists with tasks to comply with various pay for performance programs such as value based purchasing patient centered medical home and meaningful use and support of our patient centered mission. Additionally this position focuses on customer service and continuous improvement of clinical operations. Works effectively with patients to resolve customer service issues. The Clinical Manager II must demonstrate through leadership example visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment. Functions as the Practice Administrator in their absence.

Salary Range: Minimum 56.34/hour - Maximum 87.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
