Position: Automation Analyst
Location: Warsaw Poland (Hybrid)
About the Position
We are recruiting an Automation Analyst based in Warsaw Poland to join our Global IT this key role you will design and implement projects within the Microsoft Power Platform environment (Power Apps Power Automate) to co-create new digital experiences for Flora Food Group end users.
Working alongside our 3rd-party vendors youll deliver top-quality IT services and digital automation solutions across more than 60 markets worldwide. Youll play a vital role in shaping and delivering our ambitious IT project pipeline translating business requirements into innovative practical and secure technology solutions.
As part of the Digital Automation Team youll collaborate closely with IT functional teams and business Global Process Owners (GPOs) to ensure we meet or exceed business expectations. Implementing robust security and privacy measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data will also be a key focus of this role.
What Does It Take to Be Successful
Were looking for a curious proactive problem-solver who thrives in a global fast-paced IT environment. You should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in an Automation Analystrole preferably with Microsoft Power Platform or other low-code environments.
- Experience in project management and exposure to delivering IT solutions within complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify communicate and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Highly developed communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent English and very good Polish (required); additional languages are a plus.
- Desirable: experience with Azure DevOps API programming or integration platforms.
