Your Role

Lead Inspire and Drive Financial Excellence

Were looking for a Finance & Accounting Team Leader whos ready to make an impact!
Youll lead a team of finance professionals managing Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) activities ensuring top-notch accuracy efficiency and compliance.

This is more than a numbers role its about developing people optimizing processes and delivering excellence every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and motivate a talented F&A team fostering collaboration and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations across AP AR/O2C R2R and GL activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing collections reconciliations and reporting.
• Handle escalations complex queries and stakeholder communications with professionalism.
• Track team performance against KPIs and SLAs ensuring continuous improvement.
• Guarantee compliance with IFRS / local GAAP / SOX / audit requirements.
• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end closings with precision and insight.
• Drive automation innovation and best practices to streamline operations.
• Partner with HR and Training teams to boost capability and promote career growth.
• Step up as deputy to the Finance Operations Manager when required.

Your Profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business.
• Masters (MBA CA CMA) is a plus!
• 57 years of experience in Finance & Accounting ideally within SSC/GBS or corporate finance.
• 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of multi-country multi-currency environments is an advantage.
• Deep expertise across AP AR R2R GL processes.
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite Workday).
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency.
• Excellent communicator and natural leader who inspires others.
• Analytical proactive and solutions-oriented even under pressure.
