Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating differentiated lessons that prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments and beyond.
- Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional learning needs ensuring lessons are accessible inclusive and engaging.
- Assess track and celebrate pupil progress using data to inform teaching and interventions.
- Foster a positive resilient classroom culture that promotes curiosity confidence and a love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with support staff the SENCo and parents to provide holistic support for every child.
- Contribute to wider school initiatives enrichment activities and whole-school development.
