UKS2 Teacher with SEND Experience | Primary School in West London

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Year 6 Teacherto join our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026 offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them for secondary school. This role will involve teaching a diverse Year 6 class with varying learning needs including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for a teacher who is reflective adaptable and committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom where every child can achieve their potential.

Working Pattern: Full Time Term Time Only
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating differentiated lessons that prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments and beyond.
• Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional learning needs ensuring lessons are accessible inclusive and engaging.
• Assess track and celebrate pupil progress using data to inform teaching and interventions.
• Foster a positive resilient classroom culture that promotes curiosity confidence and a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with support staff the SENCo and parents to provide holistic support for every child.
• Contribute to wider school initiatives enrichment activities and whole-school development.
