Machine Operator- Production Associate- Shelbyville KY
$20.09/hour for day shift
$22.15/hour for night shift

IPL in Shelbyville KY is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dynamic team. If youre detail-oriented safety-focused and ready to work in a fast-paced environment this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What youll do
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Inspect products for quality standardscheck for flaws blemishes discoloration burn marks and warping.
- Assemble components (feet cor-plugs card holders) according to quality plans.
- Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality.
- Package and stack products per supervisor instructions.
- Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean safe work environment.

Schedule & Work Environment
- 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Must follow safe work practices and wear required PPE.
