Your Mission
As a Junior Generalist you will support global operations assist with administrative and financial tasks and ensure consistent coordination across time zones. You will gain hands-on experience in high-level project support and develop your professional skills in an international fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Support data entry and updates across CRM and financial trackers.
- Manage and archive invoices receipts and expense reports.
- Assist in event preparation and sponsorship research.
- Coordinate calendar invitations and meeting summaries.
- Execute daily task handovers through Slack.
- Collaborate with senior generalists and specialists for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in administration coordination or virtual assistance.
- Good written and spoken English (B2 minimum); C1 is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
- Reliable proactive and highly organized.
- Willingness to learn adapt and grow within a global structure.
