Your Mission
As a Senior Generalist your mission is to lead and execute core operational processes that keep Allocator One running efficiently. You will manage complex administrative financial and project-related workflows support leadership directly and mentor junior team members across time zones.
Tasks
- Oversee daily operational processes across CRM finance and internal coordination.
- Manage global calendars meetings and communications.
- Track invoices receipts and expense reports across departments.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Conduct research for sponsorships partnerships and event co-hosting.
- Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack.
Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in remote operations administration or project coordination.
- Strong command of English (B2 minimum C1 preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Drive) and Slack.
- Exceptional attention to detail organization and time management.
- Proven ability to work independently across time zones.
