Program Overview

Duration: Up to 2 years with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day
Openings: 2 positions
Start Date: November 21st 2025
Location: Onsite São Paulo

What Youll Do

  • Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to generate new leads.
  • Support in preparing sales decks proposals and presentations.
  • Research and analyze markets industries and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in building client qualification processes and reporting pipelines.
  • Learn to use CRM and sales automation tools to manage leads and track performance.

What Were Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Marketing Business Administration International Relations Engineering or related fields).
  • Interest in sales marketing and commercial strategy.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Organized proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Communication skills in Portuguese (English and/or Spanish is a strong plus).
  • Curiosity and ambition to grow in the commercial side of digital business.
